Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ListPilot website, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
ListPilot is offered as a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you start a trial offer, you authorize ListPilot and Stripe to begin the paid subscription automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before the trial converts. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Trial Offers
ListPilot may offer a free trial. Current trial offers may end when the earlier of the stated trial period or the stated usage limit is reached. For example, a trial may end after 72 hours or after 5 free listings are used through the Service, whichever happens first.
When the 5 free listings are used, the next listing converts immediately to the paid subscription you selected at checkout. You are responsible for canceling before conversion if you do not want paid service to begin. We may limit, deny, or revoke trial eligibility to prevent abuse, duplicate trials, or fraudulent signups.
License and Use
ListPilot grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your personal sales activity. You agree not to resell, sublicense, or share access outside of your own use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Service.
- Bypass access controls or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Third‑Party Platforms
ListPilot interacts with third‑party websites (including Facebook Marketplace and dealer websites) using your active browser session. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their policies, uptime, or changes.
Content and Data
You are responsible for verifying listing accuracy before posting. The Service may extract details and generate text, but you remain accountable for the content you publish.
Intellectual Property
ListPilot and its content are owned by ListPilot and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ListPilot harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
