Designed first for the salesperson doing the actual posting.
About ListPilot
Built to get more
inventory posted
with less rep effort.
ListPilot exists because manual Marketplace posting burns too much selling time. Reps should spend more time handling buyer conversations and less time copying vehicle details, sorting photos, and rebuilding the same listing over and over.
Built for individual reps first · Review-first workflow · Dealer team rollout ready
The final listing still gets checked before it goes live.
Most reps can get ready in the same session.
Start with one rep, then scale to the floor when it proves itself.
ListPilot is built around the real dealership posting bottleneck.
- Vehicle data lives on the dealership website, not in Facebook
- Manual copy-and-paste work kills speed and consistency
- Sales reps need a faster path without giving up final control
- Marketplace should create buyer conversations, not steal more selling time
That is why the product focuses on extraction, review, and cleaner handoff instead of trying to make the rep invisible.
It started with my dad.
My dad sells cars. One day he mentioned how much of a pain it was to post vehicles to Facebook Marketplace — every listing meant filling out the same fields by hand, hunting down photos, and writing a description from scratch. It was eating up real selling time.
I built something just for him. He started using it, and the difference was immediate. He told me: "Other salespeople would love this."
That was the moment I decided to build it properly and make it available to everyone.
9 years in the car business.
I started in sales, moved to service advisor, and now work as a finance manager. I have lived every part of this industry. I know how reps think, how their days actually run, and what eats up time that should be spent with customers.
I have two boys — 2 and 4 years old. Building ListPilot is about giving them a better life while building something that makes other people in this business more successful. Those two goals feel exactly right together.

Three principles behind every decision.
Respect the rep’s workflow
ListPilot should feel like an accelerator for what reps already do, not a system that fights them.
Keep the post reviewable
The rep should still see the details, photos, and description before a listing goes live.
Stay grounded in dealer reality
Dealership websites, buyer behavior, and sales follow-up matter more than generic automation buzzwords.
